In this ad valorem property tax case, appellants, Deborah S. Sondock and the individual owners of the property at issue (collectively, "the Sondocks"), challenge the trial courts granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Harris County Appraisal District ("HCAD"), on the Sondocks claims that the subject property was unequally and excessively appraised. In their sole issue, the Sondocks argue that the trial court erred in granting HCADs motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
